About Rarotonga

Rarotonga lies 700 miles southeast of Tahiti. The volcanic island is known for its lush, dense, tropical rainforest and turquoise lagoon. Rarotonga is perfect for cycling - in approximately two hours at a leisurely pace, you can wend through the tropical foliage and flowers to view the island.

Our island of "Raro" is known for its beaches and watersports like scuba diving and windsurfing. You won't find huge tourist resorts or crowded beaches. Take a tour of its interior and you can hike to explore a dense rainforest between its high mountain peaks.
