*Early in and late check-out is chargeable and subject to availability. A charge of $NZ 75.00 for Early Check-in and $NZ 85.00 for Late Check-out to 5 pm. After 6pm or till pick-up time Check-Out will attract one-night villa rate. Cancellation fees of 2 nights if cancelled within two weeks.

Both units are self-catering with microwave and gas stove.

There are only two of these first class units available. The rates are priced below comparable properties on the lagoon with extended stay bonuses available.
